      How It Works

      By subscribing, you'll get filters delivered straight to your door based on your desired frequency. This way you can get clean air without having to set reminders to change your filters! And the best part? You'll save 10% every time. 

      Subscriptions are available on all replacement pre-filters and HEPA filters. 

      How to Sign Up

      1. Search for your filter
      2. Choose 'Subscribe and Save 10%'
      3. Choose frequency - this is how often you want filters delivered to your door
      4. Add to cart
      5. If you don't have an account already, you'll need to create an account
      6. Checkout by entering your shipping and payment information

      That's it! Your filters will be delivered based on the frequency you selected. You'll receive confirmation emails each time your card is charged and updates on where your order is.

      Terms & Conditions

      If you would like to cancel your subscription, you must do so before the next bill date. Otherwise, you will continue to be billed according to the frequency selected for your subscription. To unsubscribe from your subscription, please log in to your Hunter account and cancel in the 'Manage Subscription' area. There are no cancellation fees. Canceling your account does not provide you a refund for any filters, nor does it stop a pending charge. Your cancellation will go into effect or the following billing cycle.

      FAQs

      How do I change my next order date? Login to your account and click Manage Subscription. On the next screen, choose Change Date. Choose the date you would like your next subscription order to be processed on. Please note that this is the day the order will be processed NOT the delivery date. This will also change the order date for all future orders according to the frequency of your subscription. 

      How do I change the frequency of my subscription order? Login to your account and click Manage Subscription. On the next screen, choose Change Frequency and choose a different frequency. 

      Can I pause my subscription for an extended time? Yes, you can pause your subscription at any time if you need a break. Login to your account and click Manage Subscription. On the next screen, choose Pause Subscription. Your subscription will be paused immediately. When you are ready to resume your subscription, follow the same steps above but this time click Resume Subscription instead. 

      How do I cancel my subscription? Login to your account and click Manage Subscription. On the next screen, click View Details and then choose Cancel Subscription. Choose the reason for canceling and save changes. 

      How do I update my shipping address? Login to your account and click Manage Subscription. On the next screen, click View Details and then choose Address and Shipping Information. From there, you can edit your Shipping and Billing Addresses as needed. 

      How do I update my credit card information? Login to your account and click Manage Subscription. On the next screen, click View Details and then choose Payment Information. Click Edit to update credit card information and then save changes. 

      How can I see my subscription order history? Login to your account and you will see a full transaction history on your account. 

      What if my filter is out of stock when my subscription is due? If your filter(s) are out of stock when it's time to process your subscription order, you will receive an email notification to let you know the item(s) are out of stock. Once back in stock, you will receive another email notification that your order has been processed.
